Shipping Charges and Delivery Time

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) 

    • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

    • Please note that all products undergo a production process, which contributes to the handling time.

Shipping Rates and Transit Times

For United Kingdom Orders:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (Tracking Included)

  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Free

Shipping Method

We primarily use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. After processing at our facility, your order will be handed over to the respective shipping provider for final delivery.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking for all orders so you can monitor its journey until it arrives at your door.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the package.

Delayed Packages

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@sophiabay.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and damaged item(s). Our team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@sophiabay.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can return them in accordance with our Refund & Refund Policy.
